It is member run and member facilitated. The books chosen offer opportunities to deep dive into current and relevant themes and topics that help each person up-level so that they can execute their dreams and goals by DO!ing.
The Book Club is both a forum so that each member can participate in their own time AND a live, interactive Zoom session held the first week of each month.
DO! members also have access to private 1:1 and group messaging between DO! members that fosters positive networking opportunities.

Tier 2
The monthly Masterminds are a key feature of DO!Masters. These are zoom sessions where the synergy of energy, motivation, and commitment creates the perfect opportunity to learn and grow together through shared skills and perspectives. There are different time zone options for a Mastermind session each month to accomodate members schedules and global locations.
Accountability is a key part of execution. DO!Masters members are supported and encouraged to be accountable and to celebrate their successes.
Exclusive training and learning opportunities throughout the year are available. These are hosted by members who develop their skills whilst adding value to the community. Members each have specific talents and skills, when these are shared, all benefit as part of the DO! Community. As members contribute to the community they earn DO!Masters Badges that weave into accomplishing their personal and professional goals.
